Part I: Introduction to Web Technologies, Web Authoring (HTML), Web Templates handling using CSS, Client side web page interactivity handling using JavaScript, Instructional Design Methodology for e-Learning, Web Server Setup (Apache, MySQL, PHP),

Part II:Installing, Configuring and Managing Open Source e-Learning Management System, Introduction to Macromedia Dreamweaver for quick Web Authoring, Image editing using Adobe Photoshop, Interactive animation creating using Flash MX, Image Slicing and animating using Image Ready, Advanced Learning Content Authoring using Director MX,

Part III: Final Project-Development of e-Learning Content, Presentation

30 days (11th May 2009 – 19th June 2009 from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm - Week days only)

Course Fee:

Owing to the ongoing initiatives in e-Learning at the UCSC, the course fees of this Third batch (for both courses) will be fully sponsored for a limited number of staff from Universities, Computer Assisted Learning Centers Computer Resource Centers and Schools (under the Ministry of Eduation) by the UCSC. The Course fee for participants from the Industry and Private Institutes is also subsidized at Rs 20,000/-.
